Insightful Feedback and Session Recording, but Easy to Hit Limits
Can easily setup to capture user feedback on certain new feature release. We also use this tool to capture our company overall NPS score and the feedback we received from our customer is very useful and insightful. I appreciate the ability to setup recording on user navigation around our platform without much involvement from tech support
