Additionally, the initial setup was very easy thanks to an onboarding specialist who helped with every step, backed by other staff who were available for training and support with features like Smokeball Billing.

The Smokeball staff are very friendly and willing to lend a hand whenever you need, while the Smokeball Academy is a step-by-step learning and help guide on every aspect of setting up and using Smokeball.
