Smokeball is Life Changing. Once You Use It You Can't Practice Without It!
I honestly don't know how we ever lived without it. Amazing practice management; fabulous support; and the integration with our Court's e-filing system makes everything so easy. The case workflows are life changing and the passive billing/time capture really helps me determine whether the flat fees I charge are reasonable based on the amount of time spent.

Time tracking is awesome, court calendaring with rules, auto-fills judicial council forms, automate your own forms, you can text from the contact.

I have personally used several software programs designed to assist law firms in case load management, but with Smokeball no others compare. The complete ease of use to searching for documents or terms within documents, automatic time capture, document template creation, excellent support staff, and so much more. I could not see returning to another software.
