I use Smile.io for a loyalty program in my ecommerce business. It helps me retain customers through points and rewards, which encourage them to return to my shop. I really like that Smile.io is easy to use, and the points system works well since it prompts customers to come back and use their points. i feel like it has had an impact in increasing customer loyalty and overall sale. it is reasonably priced and works quick and efficiently. it is also very easy to integrate into my website. customer service is great but i havent yet used their ai features. ai and intellegance is something i would like to explore next. no smart features have stood out to me yet they are not obvious.
