Took a hit and bounced back stronger...

I am more of a self-driven type of individual where I would prefer to read documentation, create and break and test my own work rather than rely on support or an implementation specialist a lot of the time. Smarsh has everything, they have the documentation and information for you to go as fast as you want, but also have the support there when you need it. The support team is one of the best in the industry, I would compare them to an "Apple-level" expertise on their product, which is uncommon in today's industry. The company took a hit with the data breach, but handled it extremely well and kept customers up to date. That's a proven trust that only adversity can show you. I trust Smarsh.
