With a few clicks, I can assess the health of a department or the company at large in terms of required and available skills. The platform is responsive, intuitive, easy to use, updates quickly without lags, and new user onboarding is simple. Once self-rating is done by onboardees, the system intuits several useful features (eg. job recommendations). I also appreciate that it has the ability to assess job fit based on predefined skills.

I like how quickly and easily I can map out the skills plan for the organization with SkillPanel. The gamification of the employees' digital skills summary is also something I enjoy as it motivates and focuses us on targeted skill development.
