Effortless Time Tracking, Exceptional Support

I love the customer service the most; whenever I have questions, they are answered immediately and with great in-depth knowledge. I also love the PTO reporting because it's important for employees to keep track of their available time, and putting in requests for time off is super easy. The ability for employees to see their available PTO hours before requesting time off is helpful for both the employees and our payroll side. The ClockShark team did the initial set up and walked me through setting up jobs and tasks, which was easy. We've been with ClockShark because it has everything we need and is super easy to use. I can track employees from the app on my phone, and when we have concerns, the customer service is outstanding and complete. It has helped solve the time spent on each project by providing reporting abilities that save us time from manually figuring it out.
