Intuitive, Efficient, and Insightful: Simpro Lightning AI Delivers

I’ve been using Simpro Lightning AI and have been genuinely impressed by the improvements it has brought to our operations. The software feels intuitive and efficient, which has made day-to-day use straightforward for our team. One of the standout upgrades is the new BI Boards. They’re a major step up from the previous reporting tools, with better visibility, cleaner dashboards, and more actionable insights. The data is also much easier to interpret, which helps us make faster, more informed decisions. Support from the Simpro staff has been second to none, especially from Idan in the Miami office. He’s been super responsive, even with the huge time difference. The integration process was also seamless and easy to understand.

Accurate GPS Time Tracking That Makes Job Costing Easy

The GPS feature lets me confirm that employees are clocking in and out while they’re actually on site, not after they’ve already left. It’s much more accurate than paper timesheets because it tracks time down to the minute. The program is also easy to set up and maintain, and it makes job costing a lot easier.
