As a self sourcing AE, I need to juggle an infinite amount of tasks. Scratchpad helps me keep my pipeline updated, create new records quickly with online items I want to see and are relevant. Also, I love the connected note-taking feature, I only need 5-10 minutes to prep before a call vs 20-25 min before. What I love the most is how easily it can be implemented without the need for sales ops.

I love Scratchpad's ease of use and search capabilities. It flows so nicely into my workflow (I can create things in Salesforce straight from my google calendar) and I'm constantly in the tool. I used it multiple times per day and it's truly the backbone of my entire work day! I am constantly trying to get my other colleagues to adopt it as much as I have!
