I love Scratchpad's ease of use and search capabilities. It flows so nicely into my workflow (I can create things in Salesforce straight from my google calendar) and I'm constantly in the tool. I used it multiple times per day and it's truly the backbone of my entire work day! I am constantly trying to get my other colleagues to adopt it as much as I have!
