I love the ability to search for the accounts I manage without having to leave the webpage I'm on. If I'm writing an email and I can't remember an email address or a prodduct they are interested in the hotkey CMD + J just saves me hundreds of clicks per day and lessens the amount of tabs i need to keep open. I also really liked that one of the CSMs hopped on a call with me to build out my Scratchpad dashboard specific to me and my role as an Account manager.

I like the UI and the ability to edit/comment inline right in the dashboard. It has been easier to convert and close deal due to the increased visibility and forecasting ability. My CRM is cleaner than ever!

I am able to make opportunuty field updates much better than in Salesforce or Clari. This saves me time and keeps me compliant.
