What I love most is being able to add and share notes and have different dedicated sections between different team members, which helps me discover accounts. These features save me a lot of time, allowing me to aggregate a lot of data into one visible source, and I can then prioritize my accounts and get an almost bird's eye view of my book of business while cross-collaborating with team members. The initial setup of Scratchpad was extremely easy.
