Client engineers were constantly blocking out our implementation team's time

Sometime in the first week of deployment we had to configure our platform technically and client engineers were becoming stuck on creating an API key and connecting a webhook. Previously, most implementation managers used to spend 50% of their week screen-sharing for explaining just the initial settings to the developers. In this project, we worked as a customer education video partner with Represent Studio to deliver an exclusive series of videos for our developer portal. What I loved the most was their willingness to study our formal setup documentation. This enabled them to make perfect recordings of the interface and combine these with simple on-screen callouts leading to a completely flawless technical setup. The videos have made our client onboarding process significantly more self service, and allows our technical team to focus on more complicated requests from clients.

Visitors were leaving our landing page without understanding how our workflow automation works.

Before bringing in Represent Studio, we had a big bounce rate problem on our main feature page. We wrote long paragraphs explaining our workflow builder, but the site visitors weren't reading them. We chose Represent Studio as our product marketing video team to turn those huge texts into short visual clips. They did a great job by focusing on the actual screens without adding unnecessary graphics. They have condensed the ideas in our script in such a way that the focus is only on what a visitor needs to see in the first minute of arriving on the page. Adding those videos to our site has completely changed the way visitors interact with our content. As a result, visitors are staying on the page longer and booking more qualified demo requests.

Our customer success team was overwhelmed with repetitive onboarding questions

After the update of our dashboard UI, users on older accounts were unable to see where the reporting tools went. Because of how poorly our written help articles were, our team would spend an hour engaging on a screen-share call to just show where the menu was. When we hired Represent Studio to be our customer education video partner, we had some mini tutorials created for our Help Center. I was surprised by how quickly they learned the structure of our dashboard. So, this brand asked the users various questions and the brand pretty much dissected these intricate processes into 30 seconds clips to rightly answer their queries! The editing seems very sophisticated yet not overly promotional and our internal team have saved a ton of time in working with them.
