It was difficult to turn new leads into productive sales conversations

They were good at cutting through the extra detail. Instead of simply turning our documentation into a video, they focused on the main value proposition and made the product much easier to understand. The last video was brief and to the point, and it suited prospects who did not need another lengthy explanation about the product.

The 30-second video solved a surprisingly annoying product problem

The brief was straightforward; show the difference, indicate where it is happening and save time for users. In turn, Represent Studio delivered a 30-second video that perfectly met these requirements. They made our rough screenshots look better, provided proper motion and focused on clicks instead of adding unnecessary effects. This became important since it was intended to be placed in the product and not to be used as a brand video. In addition, I have worked with their team several times before, and it was quite easy to convey the product context to them. We discussed everything through production files and video feedback with timestamps, which helped me to indicate precisely what changes should be made. There was no agency dashboard, which also became the main source of information.

Our sales calls used to spend 20 minutes explaining what the software does

Represent Studio started with our raw screen recordings and produced a two-minute video for a product overview. I really liked that they did not pack all the features into one. They picked the key ones and did not go into too many technical details. The video was sent to prospects prior to the sales call, and we had prospects entering the demo session being aware of about 80% of the features we tried to introduce. This made the session shorter for our account manager to concentrate on the actual buyer. It was not a product project, so there was no product dashboard, just a regular project one that we used to monitor the process of the development of the video
