A Short, Straightforward 90-Second Video That Streamlined Our Sales Calls

I liked about it most is that they did not just copy and paste from our documentation. Rather, they took the information we provided and figured out what is important when evaluating our product. The final 90-SECOND VIDEO was short and straightforward, and it focused on the parts that could otherwise slow down a conversation with a prospect. We mainly used it on our landing pages, and having prospects see the product context beforehand made sales conversations easier to facilitate. It also helped reduce the amount of explanation needed at the beginning of calls.

But even with all the detailed help documents, our customer success managers still get requests from users who ask for a walkthrough. This is where Represent Studio stepped in as our customer education video partner to take the text guides and transform them into short onboarding videos. The team has a knack for taking large, complicated tasks and segmenting them into nice, bite-sized 30 second videos. It's focused on steps regarding the UI story that does not apply there or any specialized effects they are done with. Presenting these videos on the user onboarding portal, we enable our customers to adapt to account setup entirely self-service and avoid a few hours of weekly support from ourselves.

Preparing for our major feature launch was stressful until we streamlined our visual content

We were in the final days before our quarterly product release and found that we were very close to launching a landing page text about our new workflow automation feature. Of course, the only thing our sales reps were concerned about was wasting too much time explaining basic setup on calls. We worked with a product marketing video team of ours at Represent Studio to develop a 90-second launch video. Very nicely, they highlighted the most important clicks while going through some of our complex UI screens. They removed all of the filler we had written in our first draft script and focused solely on the primary pain point our software was to address. Being able to send this video out on launch day gave our sales team a clear tool in meeting capacity first-demo meetings were far shorter, because prospective buyers arrived better informed.
