Simplified admin documentation to enable independent client setup.

Our role-based access menu was complicated and people worked off it to give permissions. For lack of knowledge account admins would end up giving wrong permissions locking accounts and annoying us. Although we had created written articles supporting our case with step by step screenshots, the admins were not following it. Moreover, the admins were constantly making requests. As we explore the different options to create a specific playlist in our Help Center​, we teamed up with Represent Studio​. They were doing it very formally, recording their actions in the UI as videos and putting static highlights over the cursor to guide exactly where one should look. The phrasing was kept entirely real with no fluff. They made a self-service video library; resulting in account managers spending more time making sure everyone was ready for a growth call rather than diffusing same-day routine troubleshooting.

Finding the right creative partner who actually understood B2B workflows wasn't easy

We had tried a non-tech video agency before getting to Represent Studio who pitched us on bright graphics in 3D that had no relation to how our software worked. We required a product marketing video company to take our real dashboard and make a generic Product Sneak Peek for our ad campaign as well as email series. Represent Studio executed was flawless, the first time! They distilled our key walks into clean, 30-second clip, that was true benefit with no selling. No long corporate introduction we just got stuck in there scripts were nice engaging. These videos, prepared at the beginning of our campaign, provide our marketing team with assets that audiences have expressed excitement about seeing.

Our existing users were missing major platform updates because pop-up notices were being ignored

We redesigned our account permission menu recently and users didn’t seem to notice it at all. They were either resorting to the old alternative method or they were complaining in the feedback form that the features were "missing" although they’ve just moved. Our product marketing video team was Represent Studio, who made a 30 second video announcement inside the app quickly. They maintained a clean edit providing exactly where to click without any extra eye candy or lengthy opening. Their team turned our disorganized screenshots into smooth, easy-to-follow videos. By adding the videos we created, the app modal has made a big difference. It helps users figure out the design without sending a rant to the product.
