I love how Relativity is amazing for data breach response, especially its ability to pick out key PII and entities, linking them to assist with manual review. It’s great at bringing the most relevant documents forward. In investigations, it links emails together, allowing for quick review and helping me understand high-level information. What I like most about Relativity is just how easy it is to use. It's very easy to understand and learn, and most things are pretty intuitive, which I appreciate. It just makes our lives easier—when I want to do something specific, I can often figure it out myself because of how intuitive it is. Also, the feature that lets us export a lot to Excel is amazing, and using express transfer when importing is really easy and fast. Everything integrates really well. The initial setup was super easy, and gaining access and permissions was quick.
I like the processing set in Relativity, where the metadata fits into the process, aligns, and gets added to Relativity. I really enjoy using the features available, and I find them quite effective. The processing set feature really helps in aligning document uploads for alternative reviews.
