I use Relativity for processing data sets and managing reviews for our teams. I like that it allows an end to end process using one tool instead of two. I appreciate the simple GUI, which is quite easy to navigate around. I also find the tech support responsive because once a ticket is logged, someone will respond within a few hours.

Relativity is a thoughtfully designed, outstanding tool for document review, productions, and related tasks. I also really appreciate it when the customer service representative follows through on support calls and provides consistent help.
