Pulsar's access to social and media channels is extensive and offers brilliant coverage for monitoring. The support offered by the client and specialist teams is fantastic. They are on hand to answer support questions to enable improved tracking. This support allowed me to adapt a recent trilingual search to be more effective and provide significant value to a client. They also provide support trainign and check ins as we add new users to the platform to ease the burden on my time which is very helpful. The Core function is very useful for unified channel tracking and analysis which saves alot of time per month on our social analytics. The team are very supportive and responsive with their guidance often aiding in getting significantly more from the platform.
