I like how easy the user interface is to navigate and find visibility and insights into our brands and products. Onboarding and configuration of profound has been extremely useful and helpful. The AI agent features they continue to improve on have been a game change for research and to action on opportunities. The platform itself is very response providing us insights quickly. This is the most polished LLM visibility tool that I have seen to date.

I find Profound's intuitive interface very easy to use, which makes measuring our performance and understanding our positioning compared to competitors clear and straightforward. The searching ability within the citations is really helpful, as is the ability to export the raw results. These features allow us to dive deeper into analysis beyond just aggregate scores and help us make strategic decisions. The setup was very easy and intuitive, which added to the seamless experience of using the platform. I've looked at competitors and Profound does seem to have the most robust interface.
