I like that Prodpad links customer directly directly to ideas, initiatives and OKRs, making sure that customer feedback is available where decisions on a product are made.

It's very intuitive and can be easily used fresh out of the box. The software is updated and improves over time and I have noticed this over the past few years of using the product.
