The reporting is very detailed and easy to use, which helps the business review ROI on certain projects and streamline pricing. The support team are available around the clock and are very proactive about making improvements and assisting with any queries when using the system

Intuitive Prompts and Smooth CSV Ordering Keep Purchases Fast
I like how the software prompts me to fill in missing sections with intuitive drop down menus, and helps me give the team everything they need to get the products I want in my hands as fast as possible. I've never needed to ask for support after being trained on the company codes since the software explains everything very well after onboarding, and also runs well when using the CSV order filling format for our larger, repetitive orders, preventing us from having to put each item in manually.
