I when was the last time I processed a payment. It's easy to use, I easy to verify and look up using the vendor's name. I'm able to close orders once things are received, and I like that. All the records are kept efficiently for me, so I can look over them once I'm done with the month's purchases. I just need my receipts reconciled, and all orders are kept track of. I can see if I have a similar order and repurchase it or reprocess it.
