Planhat has a simple yet effective user interface, and it’s fairly intuitive to configure. We’ve been able to tailor it to our specific CS goals and support our CSMs in focusing on value-driven work. The implementation and onboarding team was fantastic to work with, and they really understood how to configure the platform to best meet our needs. We just launched, and CSM adoption has skyrocketed. Next, we’re launching AI workflows, and I’m excited to see how they will transform the work our team does.

Intuitive UI/UX, quick to get comfortable with the platform, especially as compared to a Salesforce. Easy reporting, and individual customization.

There are two things that stand out to me about Planhat. The first thing is the ease of use of the platform is amazing for someone who is not very "technical" like myself. Very user friendly. The second thing is the support you receive is EXACTLY what you would want from a company that works with CSM. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and approachable. This has been a HUGE add to us. Our CSM is the best. Our AE was the best. Our support interactions (which have been limited due to quality of the platform) has been the best. Just highly recommend.
