The interface is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The way the data is laid out makes sense, and I really like that each user can customize their view to focus on the information that’s most relevant to them.

Planhat has a simple yet effective user interface, and it’s fairly intuitive to configure. We’ve been able to tailor it to our specific CS goals and support our CSMs in focusing on value-driven work. The implementation and onboarding team was fantastic to work with, and they really understood how to configure the platform to best meet our needs. We just launched, and CSM adoption has skyrocketed. Next, we’re launching AI workflows, and I’m excited to see how they will transform the work our team does.
