Meaning, it is designed to manage any number of applicants, and you can rest assured that they will receive a smooth recruitment process. Definitely a high praise to their account management team, who take care of their clients – they actually care, listen, and try to help as much as possible. They schedule monthly calls to check in with their clients and introduce them to the newest developments.

The branching conditions in automations is a feature I could not find with any other ATS, and it's a key feature for our instructor hiring process. The breadth of available automations is also helpful. The overall look of the emails, interview invitations, and other outward communications is clean and professional.
