Support staff is amazing. No AI chat bot

I appreciate that Pinpoint has robust scorecards that allow us to weight different questions and automatically calculate an aggregate score for each candidate, which is essential for our data-driven organization. It also compares candidates, which stood out to me compared to my experience with Greenhouse. I really like the user interface; the design, colors, and layout match the high-end feel of our organization. One of our extremely discerning, high-standard users even described it as 'really slick!' Another thing I value is the price; Pinpoint does everything Greenhouse does, for a fraction of the price. Lastly, I've been pleasantly surprised by the customer support; whenever I contact them with questions or suggestions, they always respond quickly, with a real human, making me feel supported when using the tool.

The ease of use, I hear it from hiring managers, candidates and external recruiters all the time who aren't in it daily like my team is. Very user friendly, intuitive, etc.
