I really enjoy how user-friendly the platform is, and I also appreciate how customizable it can be. Setting up integrations with Indeed and LinkedIn was straightforward, especially with the support from Pinpoint’s team. The reporting features are strong, and the user permissions are well thought out. They’ve also been working on adding more genuinely helpful AI functions. I’ve never had a performance issue, and the pricing is very competitive for this type of market.
