Since we handle over 1,000 new applications and 84 new member events annually, the ability to manage the new member process with this feature is vital to us. Numerous features in the membership level setup enable renewal flexibility. Invoicing is a hands-off process for us once we get the setup right. On the first day of our fiscal year, the system churns out over 5,000 email renewal invoices, and the online payment service puts the money in the bank. Absolutely huge labor savings and excellent accuracy. The fewer checks we have to handle, the better we like it.
