I love the practicality and simplicity of Performio, especially in the screens and the information it provides. It is easy to use and very fast, which saves me time by being able to see everything on a single screen with just a few clicks. This allows me to focus on other activities. I also value that the access is very user-friendly.

I really like the gift cards feature in Performio and the fact that you can exchange those points to use with Amazon or their affiliates. Sharing great achievements and the shout-outs being visible to every single part of the company is something I really enjoy. I appreciate being able to acknowledge not only my teammates but also executives within the company. It's very intuitive, making the setup easy.

I like that I can see all of the different components of my results compared to the commission payouts in one place, as well as an idea of what more I need to put out in order to reach the next tiers of commission and what that will earn me.
