I think the UI of Performio is very intuitive and easy, making it simple to follow. I like how there's detail on my individual page with the sales connections, particularly with Salesforce, so all of my opportunities are in one place. The dashboard is nice for seeing things at a high level, and the leaderboard helps me compare where I fall in the organization, which is really useful. These features are valuable because they allow me to check in daily or weekly to see where I stand, and it's a good way to view visuals in a summary format.

Performio provides visibility into sales numbers quickly which helps with overall performance of our sales team.

The UI and UX are my favorite aspects of Performio as a new user. As a quota-holding role, it is very easy to track performance in real-time and review YTD commission statements and reports. Graphics and charts are a major plus in different dashboards that help breakdown overall quota achievement--and within certain pay periods and/or quarters as well. Definitely an upgrade from our previous platform.
