Forecasting my commissions. Understanding monthly billing and areas I need to focus on.

Simple a straight forward. It does what its expected without a lot of extra bells and whistles that. most times don't add much value

I love being able to see clearly what my commission is each day with Performio. It helps me know what to expect with my paycheck. The feature that allows me to check what my commission could be if I add more sales is very useful—I can add different amounts to see different scenarios, which is motivating since commission is where I make the most money. It's exciting for me to see my results and to forecast what they could be. I also appreciate how clear it is to understand what is happening, especially compared to our previous software which was horrible. Everything about Performio has been amazing.
