I like Performio for ensuring payroll commissions are accurate. It helps by allowing employees to see and catch any errors in the system before payroll is printed, which is great for reporting any discrepancies. I find its accuracy and ability to find errors concerning employees' payroll very valuable. Additionally, the support during the initial setup was excellent, as a representative guided me through the entire process from start to finish.

I like the transparency. It's nice being able to see exactly how my commissions are calculated and track my earnings without having to wait for a payout.
