I like Otter.ai for its ease of use and the fast, quality output it provides. The software's UI is intuitive, allowing me to use it without needing to read or watch tutorials, even right before meetings. Its features are sufficient for our needs, and setting it up was very easy.

Real-time transcription accuracy is great. It captures meetings and conversations with very few errors, even across different accents and dialects. The searchable transcript feature is also excellent and makes it easy to quickly find specific discussions. Integration with Zoom and Teams is seamless.

It's so easy to use and the transcriptions are very accurate. The transcripts are also searchable so I can quickly find the parts I'm looking for (great for long meetings). It also tags the speakers accurately as well. It's saved so many hours taking notes and then typing them up. Can focus more on the meeting instead of worrying about everything being captured.
