Orlo has been an integral part of the consolidation of Edinburgh Napier University's social media channels. The tool has allowed the Communications team within the University to manage its social media channels much more effectively and to efficiently work with other teams within the institution to provide much more effective customer relations. By centrally managing all our social in one location, our team knows exactly what is happening on our channels on a daily basis, and has allowed us to move from being a very reactive team to being a proactive social media user.
