Orlo is a comprehensive multi-purpose tool that allows organisations to manage many different social media accounts in one place. At the time of writing this review I am working for a local authority, we have over 12 service areas with their own profiles, pages and groups across multiple social networks. Orlo makes managing these exceptionally easy. Scheduling content across multiple platforms at once saves time and resource. Having been an Orlo customer for over six years, it's important to note that the company continually strives to improve the products that they produce. They continually ask their users for feedback and take it on board - this is what really appeals to me. The user interface has been improved drastically throughout the past five years to the point where it now rivals many networks natively. The team at Orlo are exceptionally helpful and are always accommodating. From the introduction of the product, ongoing customer success and continual training and development, the team has always been there when we need them. Their pricing is very competitive compared to other providers, especially for a local authority with a limited budget. Overall, I would highly recommend Orlo as a social media management tool.
