NetSuite is not just accounting software like QuickBooks Online or Xero, it's a whole ERP system, so it covers much bigger requirements in one place. For our multi-ERP integration that means the data we sync is richer, and once the connection is set up we can pull everything our dashboards and reports need, including Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet. On pricing, our clients hold their own NetSuite licenses, so it isn't a cost for us as the integration side. Because it's such a large system, I can understand why the UI is older, even if it does need an update.
it is cloud-based software, so we don't have to keep a paper record. It streamlined the operations and decision-making process. It helped to improve financial management and real-time data visibility.
