Being relatively a young person who is tech-driven, I love the UI of Optimove on an overall and how simply different features can be accessed with simply through 1 or 2 clicks. It is a system which is easy to understand and to onboard. From a CRM perspective the tool is multifunctional in terms of executing and reporting. People who are new to the system or even new within CRM can easily understand the tool and start using straight away with little assistance. Using Optimove daily has also helped me identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Its reliability and flexibility make it a tool I genuinely enjoy working with, especially as I continue to grow in my role.
