One of the best things about Nooks is that I can do parallel calling. Since the US pickup rate is very low, this feature saves a lot of time. The UI is very simple and easy to setup. And its easy to integrate with CRM tools like hubspots. Performance is very good along with pricing. And the support AI is pretty much good with fast response.

Turbo dialing and smart presence are the headlines. What makes it more than just "more lines" is that it scales up or down based on the type of numbers you're dialing, so you're not blowing through a good list at the wrong pace. Smart presence has made a solid impact on top of that: the difference in pickups is real, not marginal. The reporting is clear and actually insightful. I can see where the funnel is leaking without exporting anything or building a report from scratch, and the manager-side training and coaching tooling is on point. It gives leadership something concrete to coach against instead of vibes. The buying experience deserves a mention too. Bobby was awesome - calmly answered all the questions, never pushed us toward a bigger package than we needed or played games with the timeline. He setup our integration with Hubspot on our very first call. Our CSM has been genuinely hands-on through onboarding — not a check-the-box kickoff call and then silence, but real help getting the platform configured around how we actually work.

Nooks is great for volume. I am more efficient with my time because I can make a ton of dials on Nooks faster than any other platform I've used.
