I like how simple and organized it feels. It makes it easier to stay on top of my calling tasks without being confusing, and it saves time during everyday work.

I also appreciate the smart list feature that I can call on, and the cold call reporting is very useful for seeing where I can improve. It was very easy to connect Nooks to our platforms to be able to get data. It's truly the best dialer on the market for being able to dial more people and get more volume out there efficiently.
