I like that Nooks dials fast and it saves my notes. This means I'm not having to look up the numbers in Google because I already have them downloaded in a list. I can write my notes and attach them to the prospect. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

I like how easy Nooks is to use, and the dialer is great. The speed and power dialers, along with the insights it gives using AI, are fantastic. I love how it records everything and skips all the answering machines and voicemails. The AI dialer and answering machine skips are really good, and the AI notes are pretty good too. Overall, it's pretty great, really easy to use, and super fast. Compared to Salesforce, using it is like a walk in the park. The smart presence is another thing that's really good. Call recordings and transcripts are truly useful, and automated notes make it super easy to set notes in Salesforce.
