Solid Platform with Excellent Support, but Some Flexibility Gaps

I appreciate how intuitive the platform is once you're familiar with its structure. The team behind Magentrix is great to work with—they’re responsive, easy to work with, and deliver quality support when needed. Whether it’s assisting with small changes or tweaks, or implementing new features, their attention to detail is always very helpful.

Our Magentrix portal is a huge asset for our channel program

Magentrix has modernised and greatly enhanced the portal experience for our channel partners. Where previously we had a clunky, legacy solution, we now have something that caters to everything that we need from a portal. Its integration with Salesforce, simple pricing model, and range of features that we can leverage were all key to us selecting Magentrix as our portal solution.

Magentrix PRM is an amazing Channel Partner portal allowing great feedback and requests from Partners, it is a great one stop shop for our partners allowing them access to our marketing resources and we will be soon implementing our Partner storefront giving our Partners even easier ways to place order. Highly recommended.
