CEED Slovenia team works and communicates with hundreds of entrepreneurs, mostly by e-mail. There is also communication among team members, based on these emails and Loop does something very unique and magical: it enables side chat on emails, all in one tool. Forwarding and switching between communication apps is a thing of the past for us and the clutter has been greatly reduced. We love it!

I love the way it redefines how we use email. It allows me to send quick chats to project members so that they can see the emails I am exchanging with my clients. It simplifies the overview over important and pressing issues and helps us keep track of who is responsible for what.

I love how I can chat directly or within teams in the same app as I can do my usual email, plus I can have internal discussions around emails. The shared inbox is excellent, with just enough functionality for it not to get too bothersome - assigning, automatic rules, automatic nudging, resolving, they work great for our support channel. We recently added a new team member and onboarding him was a breeze - we just added him to the right teams and shared inbox and away he went, was really that easy. I like the slick UI, I use the desktop app for Mac and the iOS version. I checked out their roadmap and am excited to see integrations coming as well as ticketing ID numbers which I think will help a lot. Also, their support its top notch.
