Loop has been great for our team. It brings all our email and communication all in one place. It is easy to work with and the support is amazing.

Loops ability to allow seamless collaboration between my teams has proved invaluable during the coronavirus outbreak. With better communication between staff and freelancers has proved that we don’t need to shout across desks to make sure emails are being answered and have our own concerns about incoming emails answered as well. I’ve been able to address both developers and designers easily and the support for image uploads through the chat system has been a god send. Loop feels like it could replace slack at this point, should they open an api as well this system could be a powerhouse for teams. Staff support is fantastic and I’ve been able to get responses at times I wouldn’t have thought I would have. They are thorough and even work along with you to make sure all issues are resolved timely. The roadmap is very exciting and I can see loop going a long way.

I'm a firm believer in automating as much as possible, and when things can't be fully automated then having the smoothest and most trouble-free workflow that is possible. Loop completely revolutionizes the whole email workflow. It works beautifully for an individual, but really comes into its own when it is utilized by a whole team.
