It helps us communicate seamlessly with hundreds of customers and potential customers each week, plus it’s a one-stop shop for all of our internal team communication as well. We love how simple it is to set up and use, we love the ability to have a “side chat” on any conversation before a reply goes out to a customer, and we love not having to switch between multiple tools and inboxes to get our work done. Loop can cover it all. Plus its rules engine is quite powerful and has helped us automate lots of the day-to-day tasks.
