The review model is especially easy to set up, and it’s highly configurable for different departments.

I love how dynamic it is. Performance tracking doesn’t feel like a stale spreadsheet — goals evolve, feedback is ongoing, and it all syncs without much effort. Also, I must mention their Calibrations and IDP modules - I absolutely love how configurable they are without being overbearing.
