Klaar is the first platform that I have used that is actually built to drive outcomes. Is it 100% perfect? No, not yet. But I am sure they will be in the next few months or a year. I say that because their team is a true partner with us; they are open to all feedback our teams provide about the product and use it to prioritize into their roadmap that we can transparently see. They make changes fairly quickly as well, which is incredibly rewarding and also not something you see many HR tech orgs able to do.
