I really find our overall performance management process and engagement surveys are so much easier with Klaar. I love how fast Klaar is in rolling out new product features and upgrades, and they usually implement user suggestions very quickly. The system keeps getting more robust almost daily, which is amazing. I also appreciate how Klaar solves a lot of the administrative burden on HR departments and managers. The AI capabilities replace repetitive administrative tasks, keeping managers honest and aligned, and employees engaged. The platform offers valuable coaching feedback, which helps managers and employees get the most out of their one-to-ones and improves performance reviews at the end of the year. One of my favorite aspects is the post one-to-one AI-generated emails that act like a coach, providing real-time feedback and suggestions immediately after meetings, so you can quickly implement them in future interactions.

I love how it frees up managers from admin tasks in performance management and how it allows them to better connect and be present with their team members. Its is veritile and works with the Google Ecosystem. I like its approach with AI that it captures performance and not the personal items and allows for better management of performance and review cycles. Onboarding has been great, and the ongoing support for issues has been great too.
