Easy platform to quickly bring information together from Autotask and Datto RMM. Linking information to assets is very valuable quickly find information. This improves the customer support towards our customers on daily basis.

The UI is easy to use and to find what you are looking for. The onboarding of PCs is simple are there are multiple ways to add the devices. The integration between VSA and IT Glue were good and brought all of the details across as expected. The Performance was good, this would detect the devices on or offline fairly quickly and the use of the command line / powershell from the dashboard was very helpful. The ability to creates tasks or shortcuts to run commands was also helpful.
