Having a virtual review board and scorecard was a game-cha for our organization! It helps us so much to be able to quickly look through applications, place them in our reviewer's "buckets" and then let them score within a set time frame. We no longer have to have multiple meetings or print things out. We can send one email and get it done! We also love the new roll-out of having more control over applications and review score card creation at an organization level. I rarely have to reach out to my reps anymore because they did a great job of setting me up to handle most of my own editing! Love that for everyone involved. And the few times I have needed help, the reps I work with have been quick to respond. We always have a nice conversation when we hop on a zoom or phone call and I always feel I can bounce things off of them or ask for help without judgement.

Previously, our team used a manual system that required a large team and long time to complete the scholarship and bursary process that was not feasible. We feel very grateful to have found Kaleidoscope - a great platform that made the scholarship submission, management, review, evaluation, and reporting processes much simpler and more convenient for the users.
