Users have many controls on creating their questions using Kaleidoscope. Rich set of features. Users can control the program ,starting time, deadline. Applicants can upload the necessary applications documents. The status report by either spreadsheet or PDF file for each student is really good. 100% prompt customer support ( in one working day) to my "experience as new user" is just life saving for an 77 years old old man, a volunteer in our 100% voluntary scholarship program to our community.

The Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii has worked with Kaleidoscope for 3 years and has been extremely satisfied with their service and products. The software has made our life at PGSF much easier and simpler to finish. The ability of students to fill out their scholarship application on-line allowed us to easily give out scholarships during the pandemic. Prior to using the software we used a manual process that required many people to attend a meeting in person to evaluate the students. With this software we were able to do this remotely and much faster.
