The Kaleidoscope software helped us transform a laborious annual paper scholarship process by automating it with an easy to use student applicant interface. Before Kaleidoscope, we had students completing up to ten different different paper application forms to apply for various scholarships with different requirements / qualifications. The Kaleidoscope team helped us consolidate all of those requirements into a single online application that covered all of those scholarships. The Kaleidoscope team implements changes for us each year, and keeps in touch with us throughout the annual process to ensure we're ready.
