The customer service of Kaleidoscope is unmatched. So many platforms are either best suited only for applicants or only for the client, but not Kaleidoscope. They strive to make the expereince best for any audience using the platform - recommenders, committee members, applicants, etc. Their team has never tried to change anything about how our program runs but worked to make their platform best suite our program. Their team is always quick to respond with any questions I have and have taught me so much about effective program management in the process.
